About Us

Linkit Ventures LLP is a growing import-export company focused on sourcing quality products globally and connecting them with buyers across India and international markets. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can support supplier sourcing, buyer research, pricing, and day-to-day commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential buyers and suppliers in India and overseas.
- Contact companies through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms.
- Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and cost calculations.
- Compare supplier quotations and negotiate where required.
- Maintain supplier and customer databases.
- Assist with import-export documentation and commercial paperwork.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Search for new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Prepare Excel reports, maintain records, and update CRM/customer data.
- Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding quotations and orders.
- Support management with market research and business development activities.

Required Skills





- Good spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable researching information online and using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Ability to prepare professional emails and quotations.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of international trade or procurement is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, International Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sales, sourcing, import-export, or business development is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
