Key Responsibilities

- Operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
- Perform tool offset adjustments and basic program corrections.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job sheets.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Identify tool wear, machine abnormalities, and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Record production data and maintain quality documentation.
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of VMC machine operations.
- Understanding of CNC machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.




- Basic understanding of G-Code and M-Code programming.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in CNC/VMC operation is preferred.

Experience

- Fresher to 5 years of experience in VMC/CNC machine operation.
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar controls is an advantage.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts may be required.
- Standing for long periods and handling machine tools and components.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,033.74 per month
