Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the complete supply chain process.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters for timely procurement and delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.

Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up for Purchase Orders (POs).

Track material movement from suppliers to customer locations.

Coordinate with production, quality, stores, finance, and operations teams.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Resolve supply chain issues related to shortages, delays, or logistics.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and service quality.





Monitor transportation costs and optimize logistics operations.

Support demand forecasting and production planning.

Maintain proper documentation for procurement, dispatch, and inventory.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles.

Inventory Management.

Procurement & Vendor Management.

Logistics & Transportation Coordination.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and SAP (preferred).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
