Experience: 3–5 Years (Freshers may be considered for Junior Site Engineer roles)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction and interior fit-out activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed according to specifications, within timelines, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Interpret and execute construction drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at site.




- Conduct site measurements and maintain project documentation.
- Assist project managers in planning and execution of project schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Freshers with robust technical knowledge may be considered for Junior Site Engineer positions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Possession of a valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Safety certifications will be preferred.
