Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, practical knowledge of interior execution, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Create 3D visualizations and presentation renders for client approvals.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and furniture selections.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and timelines.
- Resolve design and site-related issues during project execution.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and estimates.
- Source materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor elements.
- Maintain project documentation and design revisions.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and construction techniques.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of interior design principles and architectural detailing.
- Excellent space planning and visualization skills.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and time management.

Software Requirements

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
- 3ds Max (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with an excellent portfolio may also apply.)
- Portfolio showcasing completed projects is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative mindset with practical execution knowledge.
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and site coordination.
- Strong understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

Working Days & Hours

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
