About the Organisation

We are a mission-driven NGO committed to creating sustainable social and environmental impact through innovative programs, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage NGO programs and projects from inception to completion.

Develop project proposals, concept notes, CSR proposals, grant applications, and partnership documents.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, case studies, impact assessments, and project documentation.

Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

Coordinate with stakeholders, corporate partners, government agencies, volunteers, and community members.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and program-related documentation.

Assist in fundraising efforts by preparing compelling proposals and donor reports.

Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and organizational growth.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.

Support event planning, CSR activities, awareness campaigns,



and community outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Any Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

2–3 years of experience in program management, project coordination, NGO operations, or CSR initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Proven expertise in proposal writing, report drafting, and documentation.

Solid organisational and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in CSR project management and donor engagement.

Knowledge of fundraising and grant proposal development.

Experience in environmental, education, community development, or social impact projects.

Ability to create professional presentations and impact reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
