Designation – Sales Executive
Job Summary
This role is for someone who can directly drive revenue by converting leads, dealing with clients via tele-calling, and creating interest to open Demat/Trading account. The work demands consistent follow-ups, and strong sales intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and pitch broking products through calls, and meetings
- Convert generated leads through creating interest, understanding need and wants
- Explain trading platforms, Demat account benefits, and investment products clearly
- Follow a daily calling and follow-up target
- Assist customers in completing KYC and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate reports on calls, conversions, and revenue generated
- Achieve monthly sales targets. And Provide feedback to management for improving sales strategies
Requirements
- Any graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred, but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of sales experience; fresher’s with robust hunger to earn are welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and hit numbers consistently
- Basic knowledge of stock markets or willingness to learn quickly
- High discipline in reporting and follow-ups
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
