Role Overview
As a Demo Engineer, you'll play a key role in showcasing Skill-Lync's learning programs through engaging live technical demos. You'll help prospective learners understand the value of our programs by explaining technical concepts, demonstrating real-world applications, and addressing their queries.
Location: Chennai – Work from Office
Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers with strong technical fundamentals are welcome to apply)
Employment: Type: Full-time Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6-day work week
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging live technical demos (online/offline) to showcase Skill-Lync's engineering programs, projects, and curriculum.
- Explain core engineering concepts in a simple and structured manner while addressing learner queries related to Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or other relevant engineering domains.
- Demonstrate real-world industry applications, simulations, case studies, and project-based learning to help learners understand the practical value of the programs.
- Work closely with Sales, Counsellors, and Academic teams to enhance the demo experience and improve learner conversions. Stay updated with curriculum enhancements,
industry trends, and emerging technologies to deliver engaging and high-quality technical demonstrations.
Who We're Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Solid fundamentals in core engineering concepts relevant to your specialization.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to students and working professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in conducting live technical demonstrations and engaging with learners.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping learners understand industry-relevant concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fresh graduates to 1 year's of experience.
- Prior experience in technical training, workshops, demos, or mentoring is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated individuals who enjoy combining technical expertise with learner interaction in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
