About the Role

The HR Executive will manage and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Vox360. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a solid talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

- Proven working experience as HR Executive or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
