Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Generate and convert leads through digital platforms, walk-ins, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and close high-value deals
- Build robust relationships with customers, brokers, and investors
- Monitor team performance and prepare MIS reports
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales
- 2–4 years of experience as a Team Lead or Sales Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of the Noida/NCR real estate market
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
