Position: Tour Leader

Job Role:

Lead and manage domestic/international group tours from start to finish

Ensure smooth execution of itineraries and tour schedules

Handle guest queries, concerns, and escalations professionally

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and local vendors

Manage tour budgets, on-ground payments, and reporting

Ensure safety, discipline, and overall satisfaction of travelers

Mentor and guide Assistant Tour Leaders

Functional Competencies

Solid leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and crisis management ability In-depth knowledge of travel operations and destinations Budget handling and vendor coordination experience High customer service orientation Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently
