Hostcode Lab Technologies is hiring a full-time SEO Executive for our Bhubaneswar office.

This position is suitable for freshers who want to build a career in SEO and digital marketing. The selected candidate will work on SEO activities for company and client websites. Training and guidance will be provided. The candidate should be willing to learn, follow processes, complete assigned tasks, and work consistently with the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research for websites, service pages, and blog content
- Perform on-page SEO activities
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links
- Assist with technical SEO checks
- Review website content and suggest SEO improvements
- Monitor keyword rankings and website traffic
- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Assist with off-page SEO and link-building activities
- Research competitors and industry trends
- Identify website errors and coordinate with the development team
- Prepare and maintain basic SEO reports




- Update task sheets and project documentation
- Complete assigned SEO tasks within deadlines

Required Skills

- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience of of on-page and off-page SEO
- Familiarity with keyword research
- Positive internet research skills
- Basic written English
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- Ability to follow instructions and work with a team
- Willingness to learn new SEO tools and processes

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Google Search Console
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of WordPress
- Knowledge of tools such as Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Previous SEO internship, course, or personal project experience
