Location: Hazaribag, Jharkhand (Candidate must stay at the project location until project completion)

Youth of India Foundation is looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the implementation of a field-based CSR project in Hazaribag, Jharkhand. The selected candidate will be required to stay at the project location for the entire project duration.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities at the field level.
- Liaise with government officials, local authorities, community stakeholders, and project beneficiaries.
- Coordinate with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and facilitate livelihood-related project activities.
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones as per the implementation plan.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, attendance records, and photographic evidence.
- Collect field data and submit periodic progress reports to the head office.
- Resolve field-level issues and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Travel within the project area as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Prior experience working with Self-Help Groups (SHGs),



livelihood projects, rural development, or CSR projects.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate and stay in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand until the project is completed.

- Ability to work independently in field conditions.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in NGO, CSR, or development sector projects will be an added advantage.
