Summary

Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Civil Works Site Supervisor to support and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites in East Tambaram, Chennai. The ideal candidate will coordinate site operations, monitor labour and materials, interpret technical drawings, and ensure work is executed according to project specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the assigned project site.
- Coordinate with labourers, contractors, and the project team to ensure smooth site execution.
- Monitor the availability and proper utilization of construction materials.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for site implementation.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with senior engineers to resolve them.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.




- Track daily work progress and prepare regular site progress updates.
- Maintain proper communication with the project team to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
- Practical knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methods and site execution.
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour and daily site operations effectively.
- Candidates residing in East Tambaram or nearby locations will be preferred.
