Job Role: Academic Counsellor at ISOEH, Siliguri

We are seeking a motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team at the Indian School of Ethical Hacking (ISOEH) in Siliguri.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele-Calling and Lead Generation:

- Conduct tele-calling campaigns to generate leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture potential leads.

Generate Walk-In Enquiries:

- Encourage and manage walk-in inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about our courses and services.

Career Counselling:

- Offer personalized career counselling to prospective students.
- Assist in identifying the right courses based on individual career goals.

Admission Guidance:

- Guide students through the admission process.
- Address queries related to course selection, fees, and schedules.

Sales and Marketing:

- Promote ISOEH's courses and services to potential clients.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

Centre Administration Work:

- Manage administrative tasks related to the center's daily operations.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient running of the center.

College & School Visits:

- Organize and conduct visits to colleges and schools.
- Engage with students and faculty to promote our programs.

Conduct Seminars:

- Plan and execute seminars on ethical hacking, cybersecurity,



and related topics.
- Educate students and professionals through informative sessions.

College and School Tie-Ups:

- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions.
- Develop tie-ups to facilitate team-oriented programs and initiatives.

Corporate Tie-Ups:

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Promote corporate training programs and secure partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Experience in tele-calling, sales, and marketing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle administrative duties.
