Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR Executive to support media relations, client servicing, content development, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a Public Relations agency, possess robust communication skills, and be passionate about building meaningful media relationships and delivering impactful PR campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Relations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media houses.
- Develop and update media lists across relevant industries.
- Pitch stories, arrange interviews, coordinate media interactions, and secure quality media coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and share timely updates with internal teams and clients.

Client Servicing

- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal Creative, Strategy, Content, Social, and Design teams to execute integrated communication campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of client requirements and campaign milestones.
- Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and status reports.

Content Development

- Draft press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, thought leadership pieces, Q&A; documents, award entries, and other communication materials.
- Proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Assist in developing communication strategies for clients across industries.

Campaign Execution

- Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, product launches, brand announcements, media events,



and press conferences.
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, partners, and media representatives when required.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within timelines and quality standards.

Media Monitoring & Reporting

- Track daily media coverage across print, online, television, and social media.
- Prepare media monitoring reports, coverage summaries, and campaign performance reports.
- Analyze coverage quality and identify opportunities for future engagement.

Research & Industry Insights

- Stay updated on industry trends, media developments, and competitor activities.
- Conduct research to identify relevant media opportunities and storytelling angles.
- Support the team with market intelligence and communication recommendations.

Administrative & Operational Support

- Maintain media databases, coverage archives, and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for campaign-related activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations and networking abilities.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a PR agency or corporate communications role.
- Experience working with consumer, lifestyle, technology, corporate, or digital brands will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
