As part of our retail expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive who can effectively manage store sales, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving store targets.

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store sales operations, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a premium shopping experience. The candidate should have strong experience in women’s ethnic wear retail, positive product knowledge, and the ability to handle customers professionally while supporting the store in achieving its sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting appropriate ethnic wear based on their requirements.
- Handle sales of women’s ethnic wear including suits, kurtis, lehengas, sarees, and festive collections.
- Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics, designs, fits, and current ethnic fashion trends.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation as per brand standards.
- Assist customers with styling suggestions, fabric information, and outfit coordination.
- Manage billing coordination, product availability checks, and stock inquiries.
- Coordinate with store management regarding inventory requirements and fast-moving products.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and customer-focused service on the sales floor.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in retail sales of women’s ethnic wear.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of ethnic fabrics, styles, and garment types.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest suitable outfits.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude toward customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.

Experience

- 7+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in women’s ethnic wear brands or designer stores.
- Experience working in premium retail stores or ethnic fashion brands will be highly preferred.
