Job Title: System Administrator

Location: Bangalore

Salary: As per Industry Standards

Education: Any Graduate – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated System Administrator responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and networks. The role includes monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system security and availability. You will work closely with IT teams to provide technical support and maintain efficient system operations.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows/Linux server administration
- Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)




- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Perform system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place
- Apply updates, patches, and security configurations
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain IT documentation, logs, and inventory
- Support virtualization and cloud-based environments
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Red Hat (RHCSA) preferred
- Experience with Office 365, email systems, or cloud services is an added advantage
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
