A Senior HR Associate is responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and compliance with regulations. Their key responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Supporting employee development through training and career planning.
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision -making.
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies.
This role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in HR practices and procedures.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
- Master's Degree (Preferred): A Master's in HR, MBA with a focus on HR, or related fields is often preferred.
Skills:
- Leadership & Management: Strong leadership,
decision -making, and team management skills.
- HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
