You’ll work closely with the leadership team, contributing to process development, business operations, and recruitment automation.

Internship Role: Project, Product & Operations Management

In this role, you’ll gain real-world experience in managing projects, developing internal processes, and improving product workflows, all while playing a key part in shaping how M365Connect scales its operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Project & Product Management

- Assist in defining project scopes & objectives to improve our recruitment operations.
- Help in process automation & workflow optimization, leveraging AI and digital tools.
- Work on task prioritization & resource allocation for ongoing projects.
- Support in product development efforts, identifying ways to enhance our recruitment solutions.




- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine internal dashboards and tracking tools.
- Contribute to market research & competitor analysis for strategic product planning.

Operations & Business Management

- Document processes to standardize operations (SOPs, SOWs, etc.).
- Identify bottlenecks in recruitment & onboarding and propose solutions.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
- Support the automation of candidate & client management to enhance efficiency.
- Track key metrics and ensure project alignment with company objectives.
