About the Role


We are looking for enthusiastic and bright freshers or trainees with strong programming fundamentals in Java or Python, a good grasp of SQL/Database concepts, and excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates starting their career in software development, with structured training and mentorship to build strong technical and professional foundations.

Key Responsibilities


- Assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications under guidance

- Write clean, simple, and well -structured code in Java or Python

- Learn and apply SQL for writing basic to intermediate queries, joins, and data manipulation

- Support senior engineers in debugging and resolving issues

- Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and skill -building programs

- Document code and processes as per team standards

- Communicate effectively with team members, and where required, with clients/stakeholders

- Participate in daily stand -ups, sprint planning, and team discussions

- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices


Required Skills

- Programming: Good understanding of Java (OOP concepts, basic syntax, collections) or Python (basic syntax, data structures, OOP concepts)

- Database: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL — SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, basic query writing

- Understanding of fundamental data structures and algorithms





- Basic knowledge of programming logic and problem -solving

- Familiarity with any IDE (Eclipse, PyCharm, VS Code, IntelliJ)

- Basic understanding of Object -Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts


Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory)

- Strong verbal and written communication in English

- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and ideas

- Confident in group discussions, presentations, and client -facing interactions (if required)

- Active listening and collaborative mindset

- Ability to document and articulate thoughts clearly in emails/reports


Good to Have (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

- Academic/personal projects using Java, Python, or SQL

- Internship experience in software development

- Exposure to Git/version control

- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) — optional

- Certifications in programming languages or databases


Educational Qualification

- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field)

- 2024/2025/2026 graduates preferred (adjust based on hiring batch)

- Consistent academic performance (60%+ throughout academics, adjust as per company norm)
