A bout the Role:
Exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse team involved in supporting Automated Valuation Analytics.
- Work closely with our IT team to set up a new data interface
- Design interface and mappings from upstream systems
- Understand current data enrichments and create requirements for IT
- Testing of data into the data interface and
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and drive operational changes to deliver project objectives
- Support design of analysis tools and process
About the Team

We aim to build a fully automated production process that continuously updates valuation results with the latest actuarial assumption and cedent data. The team will be working with experts from different business areas and specializations to deliver the benefits of real-time financial updates, reduced work effort and increase in value-added analysis.
We are looking for an experienced actuarial professional who wishes to use their technical expertise to design and build a highly effective global data interface and data enrichments to support the overall system and process build.
About you:
- Significant experience of data analysis
- Proven Excel and SQL skills
- Experience of statistical analysis with an ability to interpret results
- Experience working on Finance and Actuarial projects is highly desirable but not essential.
- Experience on working on Projects and Scrum team using Agile methodology.
- Expertise in Data modelling, ETL development and data warehousing is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working on Cloud migration projects on Microsoft Azure is desirable but not essential.
- Self-motivated with proven organisation skills, an ability to manage own workload and work flexibly to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and understanding of the importance of data quality
- An inquisitive mind, with experience of turning data into information, knowledge and insight
