Job Level ServiceNow Developer (5 years of Experience) Specific skill set required 5 years of experience in application design and architecture 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and implementation 1 year of experience in CSM module of ServiceNow, performance analytics module, Rest APIs Professional qualification Any B. E / B. Tech / M. Tech Work Experience Total experience of 5 years with relevant exp in Primary Skills for 5 years. The key job responsibilities include the following Overall 5 years of enterprise level application design and architecture experience 2-3 years of experience as ServiceNow developer Experience in CSM module of ServiceNow is preferred. 1 years (Minimum) of experience in performance analytics module 1 (Minimum)



years of experience in building & maintaining REST APIs Write and manipulate objects in ServiceNow (both Server side and Client side) with 3 years of experience. Experience in Service Catalog and building workflows/record producers. Good experience in writing Business Rules Script Includes and other Server-side components. Experience in writing highly performance Web Applications and an eye for detail. Work with QA team to make sure all the defects are fixed, and the final product is ready for customer releases. Work on radars and deliver them within the project timelines. Highlight risks/concerns to leads. Provide deployment instructions. Detailed documentation of the functionality through code and in the internal Project management tools.
