Job Title: Pega Developer

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Fresher to 4 years

Location: On-site ( strictly work from the office )

Salary: 2 LPA max CTC for freshers

Bond: 2 years compulsory

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least a PEGA-CSA or CSSA certification and experience ranging from fresher to 4 years.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions





Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews

Troubleshoot and debug issues in the Pega platform

Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications

Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and best practices

Requirements:

PEGA-CSA or CSSA certification is mandatory

Solid knowledge of the Pega PRPC platform and Pega rules process commander

Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications

Knowledge of agile development methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
