Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Classroom Trainer to join our team in a Skill-Tech company. As a Classroom Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to our employees and customers.
You will work closely with our product and sales teams to ensure that our employees are well-equipped to effectively sell and support our products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver classroom training programs on our products and processes for both new and existing employees
2. Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals, that effectively convey information and are engaging for learners
3. Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge or skills
4. Develop and maintain training schedules and ensure that all training sessions are delivered on time
5.
Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure that all employees are up-to-date on product knowledge and can effectively sell and support our products
6. Conduct on-the-job training and provide ongoing coaching to employees to ensure that they are effectively applying what they have learned in training
7. Develop and maintain assessments to measure the effectiveness of training and identify areas for improvement
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and education
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a classroom trainer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Experience developing and delivering training programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus
- Experience in an Skill-Tech company is a plus
