Role & Responsibilities Overview:

- . Organize and conduct requirement gathering session, define data based business problems with diverse stakeholders and understand existing business priorities/strategy
- . Research, analyze, and present data as assigned to the unstructured business problems
- Gather process understanding, lay out process maps and identify scope of improvements that is in line with client's strategic goals Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- . Create data-driven analysis, curate data-driven stories and recommend actionable insights that effectively influence business decisions Continuously monitor the impact of the same
- . Develop necessary recommendations and perform critical steps for data preparation and further analysis using Advanced Excel, SQL/SAS
- . Generate business insights by preparing various visualizations using tools like Power Bi, Think Cell and present recommendations using Powerpoint
- . Prepare detailed documentation of visualizations and compelling stories to tell using data and make oral presentations to various stakeholders
- . Assist in learning and development of new team members
- Participate in various internal business development aspects by conducting market research and liaising with various SMEs
- Continuously monitor current state of work, perform retrospectives and keep on a look out for improvement areas

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, MBA, candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
- 3+ years' experience in insurance analytics/consulting, business strategy and development




- Recommended - Strong and in-depth understanding of Insurance value chain, Talent Analytics and management with a strong firm in statistical concepts, Data analysis and consulting using analytics driven approach to business problems
- Experience in data extraction and data manipulation using SAS/SQL and good to have skills around Data Scrubbing, Mining Strong hold in Business Intelligence tools like PBI/Tableau is recommended
- Prior experience in managing and independently delivering on end to end projects, managing stakeholder expectations and delivering by ensuring quality commitments
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
- Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
