Job Description for Operations- CBIT- Associate - Manager

Divisional Overview:
Corporate Business Intelligence Team (CBIT) designs and maintains data and information snapshots




that are consumed by several departments for processing transactions, regulatory reporting, control
oversight, client reporting and mostly for, decision making. The team currently supports reporting and
analytical requirements for Global Markets (Front Office), Operations, Compliance and Investment
Banking. Come be a part of an ever growing team that serves as a key enabler in delivering firm’s
objectives.
The Delivery Team within CBIT maintains the reporting infrastructure, delivers key MI to senior
managers across divisions such as Operations, Global Markets, IBD, Compliance etc. The team is
expected to possess strong technical skills especially in Business Objects and Microsoft Office
applications, rich experience in issue management, automations and an ability to be proactive and
connect with multiple stakeholders..

Role & Responsibilities:
- Design reports using several reporting applications/ utilities ( SAP Business Objects mandatory)
- Design, test and publish Dashboards to end users using SAP Lumira 2.x to include all the required KRIs/KPIs
- Troubleshoot SAP BO 4.x query and SAP Lumira 2.x script production related issues
- Transpose business requirements into technical specifications
- Apply Logical & Analytical thinking to deal with design and operational challenges




- Deal with technical roadblocks and challenges
- Timely escalations in case of issues / roadblocks within projects
- Develop self into a strong technical professional with an ability to think of alternatives in terms of solutions
- Ability to identify, challenge and innovate solutions to replace existing process in place
- Interface with stakeholders and senior managers during development and testing
- Work in a high pressure and dynamic environment
- Maintain a can-do attitude and high levels of energy

Skill Set:
Mandatory Domain
 8+ years’ experience in designing reports using SAP Business Objects 4.x
 3-4 Years of experience in developing dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Design Studio, Lumira, Tableau, etc.
 Experience in Fintech/Innovation wing will be added advantage
Technical
 Expert SAP Lumira Developer
 Hands on experience in Lumira 2.x.
 Strong command over Lumira Scripting (BIAL), SDK Extensions (ChartPLUS or MultiCombobox), Lumira Dashboard Development, IDT and Web Intelligence.
 Expert in Lumira native and custom components.
 Creates visualizations, charts, scorecards and graphs in Lumira for use by non-technical users.
 Valuable knowledge of HTML/CSS scripting is mandatory.
 Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize the performance.
 Collaborates with end users and business analysts in the design and development of BI dashboards, metrics and reports
