As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining all graphic assets for Cappella Sports’ portfolio of products and website. You will ensure our brand is upheld through all our materials. You will deliver results that are not only beautiful but also usable and intuitive and showcases a best-in-class and modern user experience.

Responsibilities

- Evolve and own the brand style guide, visual assets, and visual identity. Be the brand identity guardian to ensure we are creating and strengthening a strong distinct visual presence in the Ecommerce and retail industry

- Design and create beautiful graphic assets (illustrations, characters, backgrounds, icons, motion graphics, animations) that support a wide variety of initiatives, such as marketing materials, emails, online ads, landing pages, social posts, videos, and more

- Assist in the creation and review of external assets - including but not limited to: website illustrative content, video, social, email, digital ads, blogs and more.

Requirements

Minimum requirements

- 2 - 4 years of proven qualified experience as a Graphic Designer.





- Strong eye for aesthetics and excellent knowledge of the digital environment, including digital advertising, emails, and social media

- Advanced proficiency in the latest versions of Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other visual design programs

- Expertise in Branding & Packaging
- Effective presentation skills to discuss strategic visual solutions

- Scrappy and creative with a love of building something new.

- Bachelors Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
