Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media function by driving strategy, overseeing content execution, analyzing performance, and managing the social media team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content planning, analytics, and team management, with the ability to build and grow a brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Lead and manage the social media team, ensuring timely execution of content and campaigns.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars across all social media platforms.
- Monitor platform performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare actionable performance reports.
- Optimize content strategy based on analytics, audience insights, and industry trends.
- Oversee community management to ensure timely responses and positive brand engagement.
- Collaborate with the design, content, performance marketing, and business teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates,



and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Mentor team members, assign tasks, review work, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or D2C/eCommerce brands is preferred.

Preferred Qualification

- MBA in Marketing or a related specialization will be preferred.
- Certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
