Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists to pitch products or services.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate product/service details.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify customer needs, filter potential leads, and forward qualified prospects to the sales/business development team.
- Database Management: Record and update customer information, call status, notes, and follow-up details accurately in the CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with prospective clients through clear, engaging, and empathetic communication.
- Follow-ups: Schedule regular follow-up calls or emails with interested prospects to move them further down the sales funnel.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights or issues to the management team.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma, higher secondary,



or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar sales/telesales role preferred (Freshers with solid communication skills are also welcome).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and native languages (e.g., Hindi, regional languages as applicable).
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong persuasive ability with a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive attitude during high-volume calling days.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
