Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Pre-Primary/NTT/Mother Teacher staff at The Gramodaya School, located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The role involves fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners, focusing on nurturing their social, emotional, and cognitive development.



The responsibilities include planning and executing lesson plans tailored to pre-primary educational standards, introducing age-appropriate activities, monitoring student progress, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and milestones. The teacher will also participate in school events and extracurricular activities while collaborating with peers to ensure the holistic development of students.

Qualifications

- Strong teaching skills in early childhood education, including lesson planning and classroom management
- Proficiency in engaging students through creative and interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, art, and games
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents and school staff
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to nurture young learners, fostering their growth and development
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and standards; knowledge of digital teaching tools is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or relevant Pre-primary/Early Childhood Education certification
- Prior experience in pre-primary or early childhood teaching is desirable
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹31,360.13 per month
