ROLE OVERVIEW

The Designer produces the production-ready files that our factory works from. Working from briefs passed on by the sales coordinators, they create both 3D models and 2D vector artwork, then prepare and release clean, accurate production files to the factory floor. After training on our products, materials and file standards, they are expected to produce these files quickly and accurately so production can begin without delay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3D design — create 3D models of awards, trophies and gift items using 3D design software.

2D artwork — produce 2D vector artwork in CorelDRAW (logos, engraving artwork, print layouts and similar).

Production files — prepare complete, production-ready files that the factory can manufacture from directly.

Speed with accuracy — once trained, turn production files around quickly while keeping them accurate and error-free.





Release to production — release finished files to the production team so work can start without back-and-forth.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Solid working knowledge of 3D design software (e.g. Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, SolidWorks or similar).

Robust 2D vector artwork skills in CorelDRAW.

Experience preparing files for manufacturing, engraving, printing or CNC is a strong advantage.

Able to read and work from a design brief and ask the right questions when something is unclear.

Pay: ₹40,962.41 - ₹70,128.32 per month
