About the Job:

As a Meta Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns on Meta platforms. You will manage the entire funnel — from audience research and creative testing to conversion optimization and ROAS improvement. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative strategy, and performance discipline. You will collaborate closely with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
- Develop full-funnel paid strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting).
- Perform audience research, segmentation, and lookalike audience creation.
- Execute creative testing frameworks (ad copies,



creatives, formats, CTAs).
- Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
- Monitor daily performance and make data-backed optimizations at scale.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams to produce high-performing creatives.
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, and event tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
