- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and submit quotations.
- Follow up with customers for quotation conversion and order confirmation.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts for order execution.
- Maintain customer database and update sales records.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate current business opportunities through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Visit customers when required for meetings, order discussions, and relationship management.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
