Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee all hospital pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy.
- Supervise and coordinate all pharmacy-related activities.
- Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters for pharmacy staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and high standards of performance within the pharmacy team.
- Monitor medication inventory, procurement, storage, and stock control to prevent shortages and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, pharmacy regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals to promote safe and effective medication use.
- Handle audits, documentation, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Address patient and staff concerns related to pharmacy services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm or equivalent).
- Valid pharmacist registration/licensure as required by the relevant regulatory authority.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in hospital pharmacy operations, with prior supervisory or managerial experience of minimum 3 years is preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hospital pharmacy regulations, inventory management, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
