Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to design, build, and scale high-performance, secure, and reliable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be technology agnostic, possess strong expertise in modern Web technologies, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems, and be capable of leading engineering teams while driving technical excellence.

The candidate should also have a good understanding of AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) and modern AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies.
- Define architecture for microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
- Review code and ensure adherence to quality, security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery teams, Clients, and Business stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Participate in technical solutioning, estimations, POCs, and pre-sales discussions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable architectural approaches.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the Software Development Lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Core Technologies





- Should be good in either of the technologies like Python or NodeJS with ReactJS.
- Exposure to Java is a plus; however, the candidate must not be limited to only Java or only .NET throughout their career.
- Experience designing scalable backend systems using modern frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, FastAPI, or Django.

Architecture & Design

- Strong expertise in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, API Gateway, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Distributed Systems, Scalability, Security, and Performance Optimization.

Cloud & DevOps

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

Databases

- Strong experience with SQL & NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

AI & Contemporary Engineering (Mandatory)

- Working knowledge of AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, LangChain, or similar technologies is an added advantage.

Mandatory Eligibility

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant architecture experience.
- Technology-agnostic mindset is mandatory.
- Candidates whose career has been exclusively focused on only Java or only .NET are not eligible.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Python, and React.js is required.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale applications and leading engineering teams.
- Knowledge of AI SDLC is mandatory.
- Web3/Blockchain experience is not required.
