We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling bookkeeping tasks, and supporting daily accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Maintain proper books of accounts and financial records
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and expense records
- Assist in GST data preparation and filing support
- Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation
- Support senior accountants during audits and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation
- Robust understanding of accounting principles
- Good command of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant degree in Finance/Accounting
