Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, increasing sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Meet with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Promote products and services through online and offline marketing.
- Train and support the sales team when required.
