We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling inventory, cost control, or store-related data entry and be comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter data from various source documents into the company's database system.
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Maintain and update database information as necessary.
- Verify and reconcile inventory data with supporting documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Perform routine data entry tasks within deadlines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma or High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry in Inventory, Cost Control, Stores, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and typing).




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
