Job Summary:

Responsible for providing professional men's grooming services, including haircuts, beard styling, hair treatments, and personalized grooming consultations while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform men's haircuts, hair styling, and beard grooming services
- Provide shaving, trimming, and facial grooming services
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming solutions based on client preferences
- Perform hair treatments such as hair spa, smoothening, keratin, and scalp care (if applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Promote salon services and retail grooming products
- Stay updated with the latest men's grooming trends and techniques
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Skills Required:

- Expertise in men's haircuts and beard styling




- Knowledge of hair treatments and grooming techniques

Qualification & Experience:

- Certification or Diploma in Hair Dressing, Barbering, or Cosmetology is preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in a men's salon, barber shop, or unisex salon

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in premium men's salons, luxury barber shops, or grooming studios
- Knowledge of modern haircut styles, beard trends, hair coloring, and scalp treatments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
