Required Skills

- Microsoft SQL mandatory
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or textile ERP).
- Computer hardware troubleshooting and networking.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration.
- Database handling and MIS reporting.
- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Time management and customer service orientation.
