Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in a chemical manufacturing workplace. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, handling customer communication, and ensuring smooth order processing and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch planning
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and documentation
- Communicate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and contracts
- Track order status and resolve any client issues or delays
- Support the sales team in achieving targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field




- Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in chemical or manufacturing industry)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Smart, presentable, and proactive personality

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in chemical products (e.g., zinc oxide, industrial chemicals, etc.)
- Understanding of dispatch, logistics, and supply chain coordination
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
