About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Python + AI/ML Developer with solid technical expertise
in Python development, automation, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should have
hands-on experience building scalable solutions, working with data processing frameworks, and
exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based workflows.
Candidates from Development, QA Automation, or related technical backgrounds are
encouraged to apply, provided they possess strong programming and problem-solving skills.

Job Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming and scripting.
- Good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and practical implementation.
- Experience with LLM-based workflows, GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, or AI

integrations.
- Hands-on experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Exposure to automation frameworks and/or backend development.

- Understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and code

optimization.
- Knowledge of APIs, data handling, and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Python-based applications, tools, and automation solutions.




- Design and implement AI/ML models and workflows to solve business problems.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts for automation

and intelligent solutions.
- Perform data processing, transformation, and analysis using Python libraries.
- Build and enhance backend services, automation frameworks, and integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver

high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing systems and workflows.
- Contribute toward automation initiatives based on release and business requirements.
