About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager (UI/UX) who is passionate about creating exceptional consumer experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX thinking, visual design expertise, and a data-driven approach to build intuitive, engaging, and high-performing digital products across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- User & Market Research: Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover deep consumer desires, emotional triggers, and friction points.
- Conversion Optimization: Design intuitive checkout flows, onboarding experiences, and growth loops to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Design & Prototyping: Build highly engaging wireframes and interactive prototypes optimized for web, mobile, and app experiences.
- UI & Interaction Design: Create delightful, interactive, and accessible consumer interfaces that foster emotional connection and build brand loyalty.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze consumer behavior metrics, A/B test results,



and heatmaps to continuously optimize the post-launch product experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, and Engineers to rapidly ship scalable consumer features.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of experience designing high-traffic B2C digital products, e-commerce platforms, or consumer applications.
- Portfolio: A solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end consumer UX thinking, excellent visual execution, and measurable impact on user behavior.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in modern design tools such as Claude Design and Figma, along with familiarity with analytics platforms like Hotjar, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
- Consumer Empathy: Deep understanding of consumer psychology, cognitive load, and accessibility standards.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
