Job Summary

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Developer with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data processing, and Generative AI technologies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI applications, intelligent automation solutions, and predictive models that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business applications.
- Build predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, and computer vision solutions.
- Develop and optimize NLP and Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Train, evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy ML models using industry best practices.
- Develop AI-powered APIs and integrate them with web and enterprise applications.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference speed.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as required.
- Document technical solutions and maintain AI development standards.

Required Skills

- Understanding of MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- AI/ML certifications from Microsoft, Google, AWS, NVIDIA, or equivalent are preferred.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per month
