As Cedar continues to expand across the Middle East, India and international markets, we are creating a current Consulting Excellence & AI Office.This team will become the firm's centre of excellence for proposal development, consulting knowledge management, AI-enabled content creation and consulting intellectual capital. This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential professional to work directly with Cedar's Partners and help shape how one of the region's leading consulting firms competes and wins.

Our consulting proposals typically range from US$100,000 to US$1 million, supporting strategic consulting assignments across banking, financial services, digital transformation, AI, payments, core banking, customer experience, operating model, PMO and FinTech.

About the Role

This is not a traditional proposal-writing position. You will become a key member of Cedar's Consulting Excellence & AI Office, supporting our Partners in developing world-class client proposals while continuously improving the firm's consulting methodologies, knowledge assets and proposal processes. Your work will directly contribute to Cedar's business growth and long-term competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of consulting proposals, RFP and RFI responses.

Develop client-specific approach notes, executive summaries and solution documents.

Customise proposal content for each client's unique strategic priorities.

Work directly with Partners to convert ideas into compelling client proposals.

Conduct client, industry and competitor research.

Manage Cedar's proposal library, consulting credentials and case studies.

Capture knowledge from completed projects and build reusable consulting intellectual capital.

Maintain proposal templates, graphics and quality standards.

Leverage AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.

Develop AI-enabled proposal workflows and best practices.

Support the development of consulting methodologies, frameworks and thought leadership.

Track proposal performance and recommend improvements.

Coordinate proposal development across multiple Partners.

Who We Are Looking For

2–5 years' experience in management consulting, banking, FinTech, professional services or proposal development.

Outstanding business writing, communication and storytelling skills.

Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.

Strong PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and document design skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and proposal deadlines.

Confidence working directly with senior Partners.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, writing and proposal development is highly desirable.
