RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work on large-scale Commercial and Residential projects from Schematic Design LOD 200 Stage to Construction Documentation LOD 350 Stage.

· Work on Revit Architecture, Structure, Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Forma / ACC.

· Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models

· Multi-disciplinary coordination & Clash detection using Navisworks Manage.

· Coordinate with Design Consultants, Clients and Subcontractors.

· Create and maintain BIM library components.

· Ability to read and understand Drawings and specifications

· Quantity take-offs.

· Quality checks

· Attend BIM coordination meetings and prepare MOM.

· Demonstrate a deep interest in learning recent skills & Software.

· Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.

· Demonstrate effective communication skills.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience of 2+ years working as an Architect, BIM Expert.
- Proficient in using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Experience on International Projects Preferred.
- Excellent skills in creating construction documents.
