Venaxis Global is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as Visa Counselors. If you have valuable communication skills and are eager to build a career in the overseas education and immigration industry, we'd love to hear from you.

No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients via phone and explain our study abroad and visa services.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person counselling appointments.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
- Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate counsellor.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
