Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the college’s academic programs, generating student leads, supporting admissions, and building strong relationships with schools, coaching centers, and the local community. The role requires extensive fieldwork and direct interaction with students, parents, and educational partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, and educational hubs to promote college courses.
- Generate quality student leads and follow up to support the admissions team.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, career guidance programs, and campus promotion activities.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners in target locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counselors, teachers, and agents.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and student feedback.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and lead tracking records.
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns as required.





Eligibility & Requirements:

- Graduate or undergraduate (any discipline).
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, education marketing, or admissions promotion preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
