CRM Executive – WeeSpaces

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month About WeeSpaces: WeeSpaces is a coworking space provider with branches in Kozhikode, Ernakulam, Trivandrum, and Coimbatore, offering flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and virtual offices to startups, freelancers, and businesses.

Role Overview: WeeSpaces is seeking a CRM Executive to manage customer relationship processes across all branches, including lead tracking, member onboarding, follow-ups, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead, prospect, and member information

- Track inquiries from website, social media, and walk-ins through to conversion

- Follow up with leads via calls, email, and WhatsApp to drive conversions

- Maintain member records, renewal schedules,



and contract details

- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and onboarding communications

- Monitor customer satisfaction and manage escalations

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream

- Command over the English language

- Ability to speak Malayalam and Hindi

- Ability to understand Tamil

- 0–2 years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, or customer service (freshers welcome)

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with follow-up-intensive work

Valuable to Have:

- Experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality sectors

- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead scoring

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
